Following thread...
Uncover and embrace your unique path to a fulfilling life with the guidance of a supportive life coach.
There’s a thread you follow.
It goes among things that change. But it doesn’t change.
People wonder about what you are pursuing.
You have to explain about the thread.
But it is hard for others to see.
While you hold it you can’t get lost.
Tragedies happen; people get hurt
or die; and you suffer and get old.
Nothing you do can stop time’s unfolding.
You don’t ever let go of the thread.

My Coaching Philosophy

My method is mostly intuitive in that I trust you have your own best answers, and simply need the space and the support in order to access them. Coaching is a partnership and is a helpful tool as we so often look for answers outside of ourselves when we can access our own truth when we feel safe to be our authentic selves.

I am not only a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach, I am also certified by the International Coaching Federation. There are many who call themselves coaches that do not have this valuable training.

My role as the coach is to allow the client to lead the session in working on what is currently most important to address in their life. I coach with as much transparency, authenticity and openness as possible.

I have a plethora of life experience from being a business owner, mother of three adult children, survivor of deep loss, daughter of mentally unwell mother, women’s and men’s support groups facilitator and much more. While I have been married for over 30 years, I have at times found it best to live separate from my husband while staying committed to our marriage. I not only understand the complexities of human relationships, I’m living it and respect that there is no one size fits all for our lives and relationships.

I continue to do my own self-care work through receiving spiritual direction, therapy, coaching, as well as maintaining regular practices of meditation, journaling, participation in support groups and more.

Testimonials

“Elisa's circle is like going to yoga, a good therapy session, and spending time with your besties. You leave the circle feeling more fulfilled, more confident, and more knowing in who you are. The circle has the effect of bringing out the beautiful truth of oneself and also honoring it in others."

"Elisa is a caring, calm, and welcoming life coach. With her guidance and support, I achieved greater clarity during some major life changes. She created a safe space for sharing and being heard, for listening and learning, for reflection and quiet meditation, which allowed me to find peace and acceptance with my life experiences. She is honest without being judgmental. Elisa is a wonderful person to accompany you on your journey through this unpredictable life."

"I've had the privilege of participating in both a women's group facilitated by Elisa and experiencing one-on-one coaching with her. As an empty nester, I felt uncertain about my path forward. In our one-on-one coaching sessions, Elisa provided a safe and nurturing environment for me to voice my fears and anxieties, and through her thoughtful questions and guidance, she helped me better understand and take action on my desires as I navigate this new chapter in my life."
